Understanding Digital Skills Among Child Protection Workers

As digital tools play an increasingly crucial role in child protection work, governments are beginning to understand the importance of understanding how much digital training their child protection workforce has, especially in contexts where general education and literacy levels are lower. Together with Palladium's Data for Impact team, we worked with child protection teams in 5 countries to design a comprehensive guide to creating a digital skills assessment for child protection workers worldwide and supporting staff with any digital education they may need.
